Morning Escape
imthinkingoutloud posted a photo: Yep, this is Crazy. Once again getting into mischief. This time it was a very quick escape through an open window….I was attempting some sunrise photos and my office does not have a screen. She KNOWS this and has gotten very good at taking advantage of it being even slightly open. She has learned to slide it open further if I have it cracked for fresh air. On this particular morning, I found out and interesting equation….water+rooftop+bare feetx2=accident waiting to happen. Did you know roofs are slippery when wet? I do now! While trying to “rescue” Crazy, I got stuck between windows and started sliding towards the edge…I am afraid of heights, or maybe hubby is right (he says it is a fear of falling) because the thought of falling right then scared the crap out of me!! I managed to eek my way back to my window and get inside. The cat can stay out there! I did manage to get a couple of neat shots of her in the morning light, so it wasn’t all bad. And yes she is back inside where she belongs.
